Owned by the Antinori family, Haras de Pirque winery is located in the northern part of the Maipo Province in central Chile in an area that enjoys extremely favourable climatic and geographic conditions and is already well known for its production of high quality wines. The vineyards are surrounded by the estate’s thoroughbred racetrack and breeding farm and the state-of-the-art horseshoe shaped winery. The vineyards grow at an altitude of 550 to 650 meters (1804-2132 feet) above sea level south of the Maipo River on the lower slopes of the Andes’ foothills.
Mainly produced with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Haras de Pirque vineyards in the Maipo Valley, to tell the story of this characteristic territory through a fascinating wine, characterized by herbaceous and spicy notes supported by an extraordinary freshness, typical of the terroir.
